DISCLAIMER: there are a lot of independent record stores that participate in Record Store Day. Not all of them will choose to participate in all promotions, or carry all releases. Just because a store is listed here does NOT mean it will have the goodie or record you are looking for. That said, find a store near you and check with them directly. It is always a good idea to be BFFs with your neighborhood record store.

More Info:

Last seen under the gleeful guise of 2007's Grinderman, Nick Cave has returned to his Bad Seeds co-conspirators for this release. Dig, Lazarus, Dig picks up where Grinderman left off - filled with Stooge-ified electric guitar, driving beats and Cave's literate, seductive and firmly tongue-in-cheek lyrics.

Reviews:

DON'T YOU RAISE YOUR VOICE TO US, NICK CAVE! Wait a second' you're Nick Cave. You can address us however you like. Fresh off his wonderful turn in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford'"oh yeah, and writing the badass The Proposition'"Mr. Birthday Party unveils his fourteenth (!) record with the Bad Seeds. The concept pertains to his "traumatization" upon hearing the story of the Biblical undead; allegedly the tunes will be in the Grindermanvein.
