Puttin' it on Wax - Beastie Boys

 

UPDATE: We just heard the news that the Beastie Boys album scheduled for September has been postponed and upcoming tourdates have been cancelled as MCA deals with surgery and treatment for cancer in his salivary glands. We’re wishing him well and looking forward to all the good stuff to come once he’s back in full-on Beastie mode!

The Beasties are wrapping up their new album, which we’re told is coming in September. Meanwhile, new Beastie music (on wax!) can be had this month at participating indie record stores. It’s a track featuring NAS, and it’s pretty groovy. It’s also pretty limited, but copies are trickling in to indie record stores across the country this month, so check with your favorite store to find out when and where, and if you can be one of the lucky few to snag one.
